What is your return policy?

Normally, all sales on our website are final, except in the case of quality issues and serious packaging damage, considering the safety and health of our employees and customers.

To successfully return unwanted items, you may have to follow the steps below.

1. Notify our customer service team and obtain a return authorization. Items that do not qualify can not be returned.

2. Pack it in the original box and choose a logistics company to ship the your return. We will provide a return authorization number in advance, which you should mark on the inside or outside to indicate which order it belongs to.

3. Once we receive your returned item and complete the inspection to prove it is ready for resale, a full refund will be issued to you within 2-3 business days.
